TOPCAT IN OPERATION
The TopCAT electronic auditing system is both unique and convenient, designed to combine the task of auditing by increasing efficiency and productivity in a cost effective manner.
Born out of necessity, the need to to automate what was fast becoming an overwhelming process, one that was tying up large amounts of resources with an ever increasing budget.
Through continued research and develop Topcat has become arguably the most complete auditing tool offered in a single program.
It’s an entirely electronic system, operating from handheld PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants) making the need for paper obsolete. Once audits are conducted they are downloaded directly from the PDA to the PC – so no manual data input is needed.
The comprehensive digitally stored data can then be used to instantly compile reports in a variety of formats; pdf , Word or Excel - all of which can easily be e-mailed or entered into management compliance reports.
